Joint Meeting with the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland and Package Tour

The Academy of Medicine of Malaysia will be holding a joint meeting with the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland. The purpose of this meeting is to explore training opportunities in Ireland and to discuss issues of mutual interest. 

The proposed programme is as follows:

27th June 2013

Afternoon

Meeting between Malaysian delegation and the Executive of RCPI (representatives from Medical Training and  Examination Departments)

28th June 2013

Morning

Visit a training centre in Dublin

For the golfers who are joining the trip, they can go for a round of golf in Dublin on 28th June 2013.

Attached are:

1.	Package tour and the cost of airfare (PDF, 742 KB)
2.	The credit card authorization form if you are interested in joining the tour (PDF, 260 KB) - please complete this and send back to the SMAS Travels Sdn Bhd either by fax or via email with a photocopy of your front and back of the credit card.  The payment for air portion by credit card will incur an administrative charge (bank charges) of 2%for Visa / Mastercard and 3.5% for AMEX.

Please reply before 18th April 2013.
